- Baker-to-Vegas Challenge Cup Relay. This is a yearly, 20-stage foot relay race for law enforcement officers that starts in Baker CA and ends in Las Vegas NV, running through the desert (CA), through the city of Pahrump (NV) and through the mountains over a period of two days.
- Bay Area Garden Railway Society Internet Depot.
- Bay Area Travel Information - 511 dot org. In cooperation with the California Highway Patrol, Caltrans, and dozens of transit and paratransit agencies, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission created Bay Area Travel Information as a public/private partnership to bring ground transportation information as close to you as the nearest telephone. And because it is a state and federally funded project, the information is FREE! If you are going to drive, take public transit, carpool, or even ride your bike, just dial 511 anywhere in the San Francisco Bay area.

- This is a wonderful organization. I've been to the National Headquarters in Santa Rosa and to Graduation Ceremonies at the nearby Luther Burbank Center. It's amazing how hard the staff and volunteers work at training dogs to help people.
